PE Expectations

PE Uniform

At Uplands, having a PE uniform looks smart and promotes unity. It also helps to develop children's awareness of health and hygiene. The PE uniform consists of:

  • Royal Blue Logo T-shirt,
  • Black tracksuit bottom / leggings or shorts,
  • Trainers or Plimsolls (Gymnastics is completed in bare foot),
  • PE Bag.

Health & Safety within PE

  • Hair shoulder length or below must be tied back,
  • All Jewellery must be removed by the child (Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Taweez, Rings and Watches),
  • Headscarves must be removed,
  • Shoe laces must be tied up (not tucked in),
  • No food should be eaten in lessons,
  • Water is allowed in the lesson but must be in a sports/plastic bottle.

 

Lesson Expectations

  • Have confidence to demonstrate / perform in front of others
